my case was answered really quickly ! the 2 ladies that helped me by e-mail were really kind and helpful !

My parcel was missing few items, I wrote to Na-kd customer support and get the answer in a few hour, they asked me some questions and after few more hours I got another email with delivery confirm of my missing items! Best customer service I experienced in years! No long waiting for replies and non strange questions or trying to tell that it’s not them fault :)

Clothes that I got was amazing quality, true to size and just as it looked in the website.

Got charged for an order that was not confirmed, but great help from customer care via the chat to get this right.

Upon receiving a damaged order, I contacted customer service for assistance. Karl, who attended to me, was exceptionally courteous and professional. I was delighted to learn that the company promptly shipped me a replacement order on the same day.

Good products, service is good. Shipping a bit slow but i think thats the shipping company's fault.

Honestly, it was one of the few times that I was so positively surprised by a brand. I just received my first purchase and I am so satisfied with the whole experience overall. From the placement of the order to the quick delivery. The clothes fit perfectly and the quality is good for the price, in my opinion.

Na-kd has many of my favorite styles in clothing.
Customer Service however is on a whole other level. They always reapond fast, help and are very polite about everything. Thank you so much! ❤️

Lovely clothes but I struggle to find anything in my size. I have requested to be notified when clothes back in stock but have not had anything back for the past 6-12 months.

Larger size availability would be great!
