I got exactly what I ordered, so that was nice for a change. The sizes and colors were all correct, which apparently isn’t always something you can take for granted. It did show up a day later than expected, but fine, not the end of the world. Overall, I’m happy with it

I wasn’t really expecting the return details to be that straightforward, but they were actually easy to understand. It made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful than I thought it would be

I usually shop on na-kd when they’ve got a sale going, the prices can be really good then. Some things feel a bit overpriced at full price, but I can usually find cute pieces that fit my budget. Shipping was fine too, no complaints there. I’d definitely recommend checking them out during sales, especially if you’re looking for trendy stuff without spending too much. Would be a 5-star experience for me if returns or some of the basics were a little cheaper.

I ordered from na-kd.com and expected to be waiting around longer, so I was relieved when my parcel showed up in about 4 days. I’m not the most patient person when I’m waiting for clothes, so that was a nice surprise.

The tracking was decent, though I did refresh it way too many times and it wasn’t always super detailed. Still, it gave me enough of an idea of where my order was, and the package arrived in good condition.
I’d give it 4 stars because it obviously wasn’t next-day delivery, and I would’ve loved it even faster, but overall I’m happy with how quick and smooth it was...

I ordered a dress and a pair of jeans from NA-KD and I was so relieved when I tried them on. Online sizing usually makes me nervous, but my usual size actually fit really well. No awkward tight spots, and the jeans didn’t have that weird loose waist issue either. The size guide was helpful, and I’m just happy I don’t have to deal with a return.

I was disappointed when the dress arrived because the zipper was broken and there were loose threads hanging off it. For the price, I really expected better?? It’s a cute dress, but dealing with damage right out of the package is just annoying.

The fabric is so soft, like softer than I thought it would be. I kept touching it when I took it out of the package, and yeah, it just feels really nice. Fit aside, the material alone made me happy with it. Definitely better than I expected

I do like shopping on na-kd.com. The clothes are really cute and there’s usually a good mix of stuff to browse, especially if you’re just looking around without a super specific idea in mind. The only annoying thing is that the size I want is often already gone, mostly in the basic colors, which is kind of...

They do restock some pieces, so that helps, but it doesn’t always happen that fast. I just wish the stock was a little more consistent because I’ll find something I really like and then my size is out. Still, I’m giving 4 stars since I usually end up finding something I’m happy with
